Palate

This wine has several years of age and so is now showing beautiful aromatics of an older Riesling.

Cellaring

The powerful structure of this wine should see it continue to age gracefully for many years to come – enjoy the ageing process of one of the stand out varieties at Spy Valley.

Winemaking

Fruit was harvested from our 3 Riesling Blocks on the Waihopai Valley site over a period of 3 weeks. Harvested at peak ripeness, tank fermented and matured for 3 years prior to bottling in May 2022.
