✨Behind the Label✨: Clos Henri Estate Sauvignon Blanc
When reimagining our labels, we hoped to share the vibrancy and liveliness of our organic estate. Honouring the extensive work we have done to replant New Zealand natives here at Clos Henri, the Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a celebration of the species that exist symbiotically, kōwhai and tūī.

Interestingly, much like grapes, New Zealand natives thrive in very specific terroirs - kōwhai loves an especially rocky soil such as river terraces or glacial outwash terraces... much like those that are found at Clos Henri and on which we plant the majority of our Sauvignon Blanc. This label highlights the connectedness of our work as vignerons to the land that hums with life around us.

We hope that with these refreshing new designs and our textural, elegant and vivacious Sauvignon Blanc will transport you to our place in Marlborough 🍇🌱
